AT My Place Counselling and Psychotherapy is located at 144 Wycombe Rd, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. On-street parking is available near the practice, and several public transport options are just minutes away: major bus routes stop at Neutral Bay Junction and Wycombe Road, while ferry services call at Neutral Bay Wharf, a short walk from the clinic. To make your visit comfortable and stress-free, please arrive a few minutes early.
Cancellation Policy
Life is not always straightforward, and we understand that sometimes plans change.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
More than 2 business days' notice
There is no cost for cancellation or rescheduling with more than 2 business days notice before your appointment.
Less than 2 business days' notice
Changes requested with less than 2 business days' notice before your appointment time incur a cost of 50% of the booked time.
Less than 1 business day's notice
Changes requested with less than 1 business day's notice before your appointment time will be charged for the full appointment.
Exceptional Circumstances
AT My Place Counselling and Psychotherapy recognises that there may be occasions when exceptional circumstances occur. In the event of an exceptional circumstance and in consultation with us, cancellation fees may be waived.
